本地云引擎部署时（win10）运行Lean deploy提示

[INFO] Current CLI tool version:  0.24.2
[INFO] Retrieving app info ...
New version found: v0.24.4. Update message:
You can upgrade by: Visit https://github.com/leancloud/lean-cli/releasespanic: unexpected end of JSON input, Error ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxx

其中ID每次都不一样。
请问必须要升级才能继续部署吗？如何升级呢？我在https://releases.leanapp.cn/#/leancloud/lean-cli/releases点击任何链接下载时提示403Forbidden

需要升级命令行客户端。

releases.leanapp.cn 之前有问题，后来修复了，麻烦再试一下。
